Sales Manager
Orion is partnered with a market leader, working across several industries in the UK and Worldwide. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a growing team focusing on industrial applications. This role focuses on driving sales growth across industrial solutions, and you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored technical solutions to customers across the UK. The position offers flexibility, with the option to work from home or from regional offices, alongside travel primarily across the South of the UK.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across a nationwide client base.
Develop and manage relationships with senior decision-makers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Engage with clients to understand and assess technical requirements.
Prepare and present commercially and technically robust proposals.
Deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
Manage your own schedule, including customer visits and meetings.
Travel across the South of the UK as required.Requirements of the Sales Manager
Minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales of technical or engineered products.
Background within refrigeration or HVAC industries.
Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships.
Confident presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
Full UK driving licence.
