Location: Woolwell, Plymouth
Rate: £13.03 per hour
Permanent | Full-time | 40 hours per week (rota-based)

We are recruiting a Support Worker for days and nights to join our service Roborough, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Whether you’re new to care or experienced, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding, long-term career - any truly make a difference!
About the Service - Roborough House provides expert care and treatment for adults with complex support needs, resulting from mental health disorders, dementias, strokes and progressive neurological conditions and associated comorbidities such as epilepsy, dysphagia, diabetes and behaviours that may challenge a mainstream nursing home.
Requirements
Experience in a Caring environment is preferred, but not essential.
Ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our residents.
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Confidence to work alone and also be part of our wider service team.
Passionate about making a difference to our resident's lives.
Good written skills.Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
