An established and growing technology-led Fire & Security client of ours is looking to recruit an experienced Fire-Bias Service & Commissioning Engineer to support its expanding portfolio of prestigious commercial clients.

Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking to join a business that values quality workmanship and supports engineers in becoming truly multi-disciplined.
You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of a wide range of Fire & Security systems across commercial customer sites, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently and in line with current standards.
Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team, you'll build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional level of service on every visit.
Key responsibilities include:
* Service, maintenance and commissioning of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
* Working on aspirating smoke detection and beam detection systems
* Fault diagnosis and rectification across multiple system types
* Understanding and implementing Cause & Effect programming on fire alarm systems
* Completing digital service reports and documentation accurately
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and communication
* Following company and industry health & safety procedures
* Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a solid background servicing and commissioning integrated Fire & Security systems and be confident working across a variety of commercial environments.
You'll ideally have experience with:
* Fire Alarm Systems
* High-End CCTV
* Access Control
* Intruder Alarm Systems
* Aspirating Detection Systems
Manufacturer experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
* SALTO
* SimonsVoss
* Paxton
* Galaxy
* Texecom
* Advanced
* EMS
* Notifier
* Gent
* C-Tec
You'll also have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience servicing, maintaining and commissioning Fire Alarm systems
* A good understanding of Cause & Effect programming
* Networking and PABX knowledge (desirable)
* A full UK Driving Licence
