Our client in Egham are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fines Administration Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Process vehicle-related fines, including parking, congestion charge, and traffic violation notices.
Verify fine details and ensure accurate record keeping.
Manage workloads to meet strict processing deadlines and avoid additional penalties.
Process and monitor fine payments where required.
Reconcile paid fines and maintain accurate system records.
Provide administrative support with driver nominations and other fleet-related activities as needed.About You
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume administrative environment.
Confident using Excel.
Proactive, reliable, and willing to support the wider team
