Financial Planner job with an established, growing financial planning firm in Wiltshire

This Financial Planner job offers you the opportunity to join a well established, directly authorised financial planning firm that is entering an exciting phase of controlled growth, with a strong focus on adviser quality, technology and long term client relationships.

As a Financial Planner, you will take over an existing bank of high value clients and focus on delivering holistic, long term financial planning advice. Client allocation will be tailored to your experience level, ensuring you are supported with a portfolio that is both manageable and commercially attractive.

Clients are typically high net worth, with most relationships sitting comfortably above £500k. A separate centralised proposition exists for lower value clients, allowing you as a Financial Planner to spend your time advising on more complex cases rather than servicing smaller accounts.

A key differentiator in this Financial Planner job is the firm’s absolute commitment to advisers doing no administration. You will be supported by dedicated paraplanners, administrators and modern planning technology designed to streamline advice delivery and meeting follow up.

Alongside servicing existing clients, you will have the opportunity to contribute to organic growth through referrals, professional connections and the firm’s established marketing activity, without pressure to self generate aggressively.

This Financial Planner job will suit someone who values quality advice, structured support and the ability to focus on clients rather than paperwork.

Financial Planner Requirements

* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential

* Experience providing financial planning advice to clients

* Comfortable managing higher value client relationships

* Progress towards Chartered status is desirable

* Experience within a regulated advisory environment

The Company

A respected, local financial planning firm with a loyal client base, strong values and a clear long term growth strategy, focused on adviser support and client outcomes.

Financial Planner Benefits

* Salary £60,000 - £100,000 (negotiable) depending on experience and qualifications

* Employed role with company benefits

* Existing client bank provided

* Full paraplanning and administration support

* Hybrid working with a mix of office, home and client meetings

Location

Commutable to Bradford on Avon, with flexibility for some remote working.

If you are a Financial Planner looking for a high quality client bank, strong support and a genuinely adviser focused environment, please apply to find out more.
