We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing distributor within the flooring and interiors sector. They are looking for a motivated, personable, and customer-focused individual to join their successful team.

The Role
Be the first point of contact for customers via the trade counter, telephone, and email
Process customer orders and prepare quotations
Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions
Develop strong relationships with existing trade customers
Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
Keep customers updated on deliveries, stock availability, and order progress
Ensure the trade counter remains professional, organised, and welcoming
Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For
Previous experience within trade sales, trade counter, retail sales, builders' merchants, and electrical wholesale.
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
Comfortable using IT systems, including email and Microsoft Office
Sales experience would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided
Someone who wants to learn, develop, and progress within the business What's in it for you?
