Your responsibilities as Regional HR Business Partner
Partner with regional and dealership leadership teams to deliver commercially focused support.
Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
Support performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
Provide guidance through organisational change, restructures, acquisitions, and business transformation projects.
Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance business performance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture.
What we're looking for in a Regional HR Business Partner
Previous experience within a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
Experience supporting multiple sites within a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.
CIPD qualification, or currently working towards one, is desirable.
Working hours
Monday to Friday. Standard business hours with regular travel across multiple sites.
