Salary: £92.63 - £130 per day

The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils with Autism and complex needs are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and life skills through personalised support and a caring approach.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with either an Immediate Start or September start available. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils with complex needs and Autism, supporting both their learning and personal development while promoting positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, particularly Autism and complex needs
A caring, patient and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is desirable
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
