Year 2 Teacher – Part Time - September 2026

Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and inspirational Year 2 Teacher to join a forward thinking primary school in Wisbech for the full academic year, beginning in September 2026. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced and hard working teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills. We are looking for someone to work 3 days including Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

About the role

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching
Work collaboratively within the Key Stage 1 team
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
To be considered for the role of Year 2 Teacher

You will:

Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (ECT's also welcome)
Be able to provide references to support your recent teaching experience
Be able to provide full, enhanced DBS clearance (we can help with this is required)
Be a good team player and confident in working successfully with a job share partner
