My client, a smaller house builder, are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for an upcoming residential project in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee finishing trades on a high-quality development of seven townhouses and a one-bedroom flat.

As a Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, within schedule, and in compliance with health & safety regulations. You will coordinate trades, oversee quality, and liaise with the site team to keep the project running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaising with colleagues and clients

* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring works are completed on time and budget

* Supervising subcontractors

* Reporting progress to the project management team

* Resolving any issues that arise

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Assistant Site Manager on residential construction schemes

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage trades

* Excellent communication skills
