Vehicle Technician Role Based in Ayr, Required for a Reputable Dealership
Our client, a reputable dealership in Ayr, is actively seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing team. This is a permanent, full-time position designed for experienced professionals eager to further their careers within a respected dealership. The successful Vehicle Technician will enjoy attractive salary packages, ongoing training, and clear progression routes.

Competitive basic salary with potential earnings up to £56,500 per annum, including bonuses and overtime
Full manufacturer training provided to support your professional development
Colleague car scheme available for staff
Structured pay scheme with transparent progression pathways
Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, with one in three Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm

Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults to manufacturer standards
Performing scheduled servicing, repairs, and inspections
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to dealership procedures
Supporting the workshop team to optimise productivity and service deliveryRequirements:
Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong technical skills
Commitment to delivering excellent service and attention to detail
