The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Speech & Communication Needs, ADHD, and SEMH.
Working across 1:1 support, small-group interventions, and classroom activities, you will help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual targets. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised interventions and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
