Role Requirements Essential Criteria
- An organised and proactive self-starter who is able to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience of working in a PMO environment on high priority, complex, business and IT programmes and projects, including:
- Experience of producing high quality documentation, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sources of data and draw conclusions and derive recommendations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) able to connect with people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to challenge constructively whilst maintaining excellent working relationships within the programme community and with team members
- Able to work collaboratively across project and organisational boundaries to achieve shared goals
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a diverse workload and prioritise amid conflicting demands and lively work periods
- Experience of mentoring and coaching team members, including those more senior
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Microsoft Project and Excel
