• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in business process analysis and optimisation
• Proven background in digital transformation and digitalisation programmes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, TOGAF, Scrum or similar
• Experience in creating business cases, KPIs, and impact analyses
• Familiarity with regulated industries (ideally energy/utilities)
• Certifications such as BABOK, IREB or similar are highly desirable
• Ability to manage projects independently (planning, resources, timelines)
