We're supporting an exciting consultancy in the search for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join a growing team delivering complex CRM and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong CPQ implementation experience who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise quote-to-cash processes.

• Deliver end-to-end CPQ implementations and enhancements for enterprise clients.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Configure and optimise CPQ platforms to improve sales efficiency and pricing accuracy.
• Work closely with business, technical, and delivery teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Support solution design, testing, user training, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend continuous improvements to CPQ processes.

• Experience implementing and configuring CPQ solutions (eg Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, or similar).
• Experience with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and resolving complex system or process issues.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), pricing, product configuration, and order management.
• Experience working on CRM or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Consulting experience within a technology or digital consultancy.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Billing).
• Relevant CPQ or Salesforce certifications.
