A friendly and successful primary school in Watford is seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join its Key Stage 1 team from September 2026. Your Responsibilities

As the Year 2 teacher, you will:

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the Key Stage 1 team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
A nurturing and positive teaching style.
High expectations of behaviour, learning, and pupil progress.
A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
