Painter & Decorator

Painter/Decorator, Aberdeen, £15.50ph + hol pay.
Temporary, based at one site, Tools and materials provided.
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Painter/Decorator to help the team at this busy student accommodation. 6 weeks working 2-3 days a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing rooms for residents to move into include preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and cleaning
* Apply paint, varnishes, and finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork
* Carry out minor repair work prior to painting
* Ensure a neat, tidy, and safe working environment
* Communicate effectively with team members
* Complete work to high quality standards and within agreed timelines
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential painting and decorating
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and reliability
