Production Operative – Warehouse & Manufacturing (12 Hour Shifts)

Job description:
We are recruiting Production / Warehouse Operatives for a modern manufacturing site in CV34 producing digitally printed aluminium beverage cans. Average £595 p/w.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role offering excellent weekly pay, structured shifts, and long-term job security.
Shift Pattern
* 14 shifts per month
* 7 x 12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:00)
* 7 x 12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:00)
* Rotating pattern with regular rest days
Includes weekend working
Duties
* Depalletising aluminium cans and materials
* Feeding production lines
* Moving stock between warehouse and production areas
* Palletising finished goods
* Wrapping and labelling pallets
* Visual quality checks
* Supporting production output
* Maintaining clean and safe work areas
* Warehouse / production experience preferred
Requirements
* Comfortable with 12-hour day and night shifts
* Night shift experience essential
* Physically fit (manual handling involved)
* Reliable with good attendance
* Own transport essential
* FLT Counterbalance licence an advantage
