The Opportunity

We’re recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join a leading construction business on a major, high-profile project in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality excellence on a large-scale scheme, while benefiting from long-term career progression within a growing organisation.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring quality standards are embedded across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks

* Work closely with site teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures

* Review and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

* Monitor and report on quality performance and non-conformances

* Drive continuous improvement across site processes

* Provide guidance and support to operational teams on quality matters

* Ensure accurate use of digital QA systems and reporting tools

About You

We’re open to candidates from the following backgrounds:

* Existing Quality Advisor / Quality Engineer, or

* Site Manager / Supervisor with strong quality experience

You will also have:

* Experience working on construction or major project environments

* Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and site compliance

* Hands-on experience using digital QA platforms such as Field View, Dalux, or similar

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

* A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
