RoadRaven Deliveries is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the FedEx Ground terminal in Olathe, KS.

Looking for a job that keeps you active instead of behind a desk? This is a fast-paced, physically active position delivering packages throughout Johnson County in company-owned step vans. Every day is different, and your effort directly impacts your success.

No delivery experience? No problem. We provide paid training and are happy to train dependable, motivated individuals.

• Safely operate a company-owned step van.
• Deliver packages efficiently throughout residential routes in Johnson County.
• Stay organized and manage your route independently.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Full-time
• 4- or 5-day schedules available
• Weekend availability required

• Must be at least 21 years old (FedEx requirement)
• Valid Kansas Class C driver's license (Missouri applicants need a Class E or CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen
• Comfortable driving larger delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs when necessary
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and navigating stairs and hills throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• $20.00-$22.50/hour performance-based pay
