About You

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You will ideally have:

* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

* The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Experience arranging travel, meetings and corporate events.

* Confident communication skills when dealing with senior stakeholders, customers and suppliers.

* Typing speed of approximately 40-60 words per minute.

What's on Offer

* Salary of £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience.

* Pension scheme.

* Comprehensive benefits package.

* Secure, long-term opportunity within a well-established engineering business.

* Modern office environment based in Laindon.

* Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play an integral role within the business.
