Role Overview

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners and Early Career Early Years Teachers (ECTs) to work across a range of nurseries in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
• Assist with observations, assessments, and learning records where required.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Early Years teaching qualification.
• Passionate about supporting young children's development.
• Previous nursery or early years experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different settings.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
