At the heart of our operations is a small, central Information & Performance team that keeps the data flowing, and we're looking for an Apprentice Data Analyst to join us.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in data. As an Apprentice Data Analyst, you will learn how to work with data in a real business environment, gaining hands-on experience while completing a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

As an apprentice, you'll gradually learn how we:
Work with data from different systems across children's services
Produce reports and dashboards for colleagues
Maintain data processes and support reporting tools
Respond to data requests and help answer business questions
You'll be introduced to tools such as SQL Server, Excel and reporting platforms, with training and support provided throughout.
What You'll Be Doing
Learning how to collect, clean and organise data
Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards
Assisting with routine data tasks and processes
Helping investigate data issues and resolve errors
Working with colleagues to understand their data needs
Developing skills in tools such as Excel and SQL, full training provided
Completing your apprenticeship coursework alongside your role
What We're Looking For
We're not expecting experience. What matters most is your attitude and potential.
Essential
