Recruit4staff are representing a leading dairy manufacturer in their search for Production Operatives to work in Oswestry
Job Details:
Pay: £34,401 starting salary, rising to £38,631 once signed off in the specific role
Hours of Work: 3 on, 3 off, 12-hour rotating shift pattern including both day and night shifts
Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will contribute to the quality and technical standards of the production team, ensuring the manufacture of high-quality cheese products in a reliable and cost-effective manner. The Production Operative will operate production equipment, run packing lines using production IT systems, carry out simple maintenance tasks, maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards, monitor equipment performance, and report any issues before they become problems.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
Machine operating experience
Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
Previous food production or food manufacturing experience.
