Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by:

Client Engagement: Independently assist clients by responding to complex inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding our client's products, services, and procedures.
Technical Assistance: Address client questions about product features and provide technical support for complex issues escalated by junior team members.
Issue Resolution: Research and resolve intricate operational or client issues while identifying trends and proposing effective solutions.
Communication: Provide timely status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to various teams. Ensure inquiries are directed to the appropriate resources within the organisation.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving team efficiency and assist in the coordination and implementation of process changes.Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations, and client service is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
