The Supply Register is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at Sir Edmund Hillary Primary Academy in Worksop, supporting pupils across EYFS to Year 6.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to gain valuable experience within a supportive primary school environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support teachers with classroom activities and learning
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Support positive behaviour management
• Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Assist pupils across a range of year groups
We're looking for candidates who:
• Have a genuine passion for working with children
• Have previous experience supporting children (volunteering, care, support work, youth work, or similar backgrounds considered)
• Have an understanding of the UK curriculum
• Have strong communication skills
• Can support positive behaviour and learning
