Purpose of the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating the delivery of IT Procurement projects. Your mission: ensure that we award contracts for the most suitable technology solutions and services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and third-party vendors, you will bring together resources and expertise to meet our project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans to track progress and enforce deadlines.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure optimal outcomes.
Lead a cross-functional team, including third-party suppliers, to deliver project objectives.
Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accurate investment proposals and maintain governance structures, budgets, and controls.
Prepare and communicate project reports to stakeholders and the Programme Management Board.What We're Looking For
An ideal candidate will possess:

Strong experience in procurement of major IT services and ongoing contract management.
Extensive knowledge of IT delivery models and the end-to-end cycle of delivering IT solutions.
Proven leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
A successful track record of delivering IT projects across diverse teams.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are essential; Agile PM or SAFe certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools for project scheduling.Why Join Us?
