Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped OTE circa £100,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a growing business and play a key role in its continued success.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring the sales team, and identifying new commercial opportunities. The role offers a mix of office-based working and client visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive new business acquisition while growing existing client relationships.
Set ambitious sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Identify new markets and revenue opportunities.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Foster a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous improvement. About You
We're looking for an ambitious sales leader with a proven track record of delivering growth and inspiring teams.
You'll have:
Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role.
A history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach.
A passion for winning new business and developing high-performing teams. Essential experience:
Experience within electrical compliance, testing & inspection or facilities management is essential.
