Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming how we manage our projects? Our client, a prominent organisation in the IT&D sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Transformation PMO for a Fixed Term Contract of 6 months. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact by providing essential PMO support across a diverse transformation portfolio of 30-40 initiatives!

What You'll Do:

As the Head of Transformation PMO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective portfolio oversight, governance, and reporting. Your insights will empower our Transformation Team and senior stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Oversight: Maintain visibility across all initiatives, tracking progress, milestones, risks, and overall delivery status.
Reporting & Management Information: Produce engaging portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, including weekly updates for senior stakeholders.
Governance & Meeting Administration: Coordinate governance forums (SteerCo), manage agendas, logistics, and ensure accurate minute-taking and action tracking.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with initiative leads to gather updates, chase actions, and ensure timely reporting.
Data Quality & Assurance: Validate reporting inputs, enhance data quality, and challenge inconsistencies to ensure confidence in portfolio information.
PMO Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, templates, and reporting practises.Key Deliverables:

Portfolio tracker/initiative register
Weekly and monthly status reports
Steering Committee reporting packs
RAID and dependency logs
Meeting agendas and minutes
Action and decision trackers
Portfolio dashboards and management reportsWhat We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Strong PMO/portfolio management experience
Excellent reporting, governance, and organisational skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Proactive approach in a complex transformation environment
Experience with enterprise-scale transformation programmes is a plus!Contract Details:

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Daily Rate: £550.00 - £750.00
Contract Length: 6 months
