The Role
As Room Leader, you'll take ownership of your room, guiding both children and colleagues to create an environment where everyone can thrive. You'll inspire high-quality practice, support children's development through engaging learning experiences and help mentor less experienced team members. Working closely with families and colleagues, you'll play a key role in maintaining the warm, nurturing atmosphere that makes this nursery so successful. Most importantly, you'll have the freedom to be creative, bring learning to life and create memorable experiences that children talk about long after they leave.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident Early Years professional who enjoys leading from the front. You'll hold a Level 3 qualification and have previous Room Leader experience or be an experienced Senior Practitioner ready for the next step. Strong EYFS knowledge, excellent safeguarding awareness and a genuine passion for developing children and supporting colleagues are essential. SENCO experience or additional SEND knowledge would be a real advantage.
