We are looking for a fantastic Cleint Experience Administrator, to be the face of an exceptional workspace.

Monday - Friday, office based

What you'll own

Front-of-house excellence - Deliver a warm, polished welcome to every client and guest.
Client experience - Be the go-to expert for clients, the building and the local area.
Standards - Keep every space immaculate
Move-ins - Ensure every new client's first day is seamless and stress-free.
Community - Curate and host events that bring the building to life.
Operations exposure - Support billing, reporting, facilities and suppliers.
Broader learning - Gain hands-on insight across operations, clients and commercial basics.
Proactivity - Anticipate needs and solve issues before they arise.
