Office Administrator - Temporary Ongoing
📍 Stourport-on-Severn
🕘 Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Stourport-on-Severn.

This role is initially expected to last 4-8 weeks, with the potential to become a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Sales and Purchasing Administration teams
Loading Sales Orders and Purchase Orders onto internal systems
Creating customer invoices
Emailing customers and suppliers
General office administration duties as required

Systems Used:

Xero
Zedonk
Mintsoft

What We're Looking For:

Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills
Confident using computer systems (experience with Xero, Zedonk or Mintsoft would be advantageous but not essential)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
