Academics Canterbury is currently recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across East Kent.

Due to exceptionally high demand from our partner schools, we are looking to expand our team. We receive a large number of daily cover requests from schools across Canterbury, Thanet, Dover and Folkestone and are currently unable to keep up with demand, creating fantastic opportunities for new Cover Supervisors to secure regular work.

And many moreAs a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. No teaching qualification is required, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain school-based experience.

We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a degree or are currently studying towards one
Are confident communicating with young people
Have strong organisational and classroom management skills
Are reliable, adaptable and professional
Have a genuine interest in education
