The Opportunity

Simpson Judge have partnered with a well renowned national law firm who are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Private Family solicitor to lead and grow their regional Private Family practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a progressive, multi-office law firm that is investing in its people, services and future growth.

You will have the autonomy to shape the department, develop talented teams and build a thriving practice, supported by an established brand, strong referral network and collaborative leadership team.

The Role

You will:

Lead and develop the Private Family team across the region.
Drive growth through business development and strategic relationships.
Manage financial performance, budgets and departmental objectives.
Mentor and develop lawyers at all levels.
Maintain exceptional standards of client service and technical excellence.
Contribute to the firm's wider strategic direction as a senior leader.About You
