Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of door installation contracts from survey to final sign-off
* Maintain full P&L responsibility and maximise contract profitability
* Identify, document, and recover contract variations and additional costs
* Prepare accurate project forecasts and reports for senior management
* Coordinate surveys, approval drawings, procurement, and installation schedules
* Liaise with clients, production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
* Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance
* Manage snagging and remedial works to successful completion
* Obtain client sign-off and initiate invoicing and payment applications
* Ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate any delays proactively
Requirements
* Proven contract management experience within construction, door installation, or fenestration sectors
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing P&L and contract variations
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations
* Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements
* Experience producing RAMS and O&M documentation
* Relevant Health & Safety qualification
* Full UK driving licence preferred
