Our client is looking to recruit Packing Operatives for their busy manufacturing facility based in the South of Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company that will invest time in you to progress through their company.
The Role;
* Assisting in the production of goods
* Quality checking goods to customer specification
* Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process
* Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets
* Inspecting materials for defects
* Input into updating quality control polices
The Candidate;
* Willing to work a 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a rotating shift pattern
* A willingness to undertake further relevant training
* Keen eye for detail to keep up 100% customer satisfaction
* Good communication skills as working within a team
