Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Truro. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional to advance their career within a reputable dealership. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Providing excellent customer service by advising clients on vehicle repairs and maintenance
Booking service appointments and managing customer expectations
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
Maintaining accurate records and handling customer queries professionallyRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
Full UK driving licence
