My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong Revit experience to join their growing architectural team. The successful candidate will have experience working on residential and/or commercial projects and will support the delivery of projects from concept design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models and documentation using Revit.
Assist in the design and technical development of residential and commercial projects.
Prepare planning, building regulations and construction drawing packages.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and clients throughout project delivery.
Develop detailed BIM models and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Attend project meetings and undertake site visits where required.
Ensure work complies with relevant UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
Support project teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
Essential
Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
Experience working as an Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technician.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
Experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects.
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
Good understanding of UK planning processes and Building Regulations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
