Location: Sutton in Ashfield
Hours: Full Time (Early finish on Fridays)
Salary: £30,500.00

TurnerFox Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Stores Administration Assistant to join their busy Stores and Materials team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and is confident working with stock, purchasing and ERP systems.

The Role of Stores Administrator

You'll play a key role in supporting the efficient running of the stores department, ensuring stock records are accurate and materials are available to support production.

Duties will include:

Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory data within the ERP system
Processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
Monitoring stock levels, allocations and material availability
Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving inventory issues
Assisting with cycle counts and annual stock takes
Raising purchase orders and progressing supplier deliveries
Running stock and inventory reports
Creating and maintaining product and part records
Supporting Production Planning and Purchasing teams
Liaising with Stores, Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics departments
Assisting with internal and external audits
Maintaining accurate documentation and recordsFor the role of Stores Administrator - We're looking for someone who has:

Previous administration experience, ideally within stores, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience using an ERP or stock control system would be advantageous
Good organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skillsWhat's on Offer?
