A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Bolton.

To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
To uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with 'at risk' individuals ensuring concerns are reported to relevant managers, colleagues or statutory agencies.
You will be expected to ensure your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional and contribute to the Association's values, culture and ethos.Please see the job description for more information.

Salary £27,085.50 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week,
