Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
We are partnered exclusively with a leading global brand within the healthcare industry, that has an exceptional and long-standing reputation.
As we move further in 2026, they are now underway with critical expansion projects focused on new manufacturing lines, upgrading equipment and expanding headcount across a number of operational teams.
This position will work within a small, experienced maintenance team but with a core focus on maintenance activities both within the cleanroom manufacturing areas, as well as the wider plant and facilities. Some of the equipment you will work on includes liquid filling, cartoning, labelling, tube fulling and shrink wrap systems.
This position, will have a core focus on continuous improvement and documentation management alongside the maintenance activities, given that at the time of the shift, less lines will be running, enabling more proactive work.
With both a reactive and proactive focus, the successful hire will need to be a practical problem solver, with a can do attitude and ability to learn quickly. You
This role will be Monday to Friday – 40 hour week – 1.30pm-10pm shifts.

Key experience:
Minimum 1-2 years (ideally more) maintenance engineering experience
Multiskilled – must be comfortable both mechanically and electrically
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred – ability to work in regulated cleanrooms
Strong written and spoken English due to key documentation duties
Maintenance, skilled, multi, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, GMP, fault, finding, continuous, improvement, reactive, proactive
