We are currently seeking an experienced 5- axis CNC machinist to join a high-performance F1 team

This role is ideal for skilled 5-axis Machinist to join our team and help craft the components that power the F1 race cars to victory.

You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

This role is for a weekday shift, running from Tuesday to Friday 7.00 - 17.30

This role will be 100% based on site in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program 5-axis CNC machines using Heidenhain controls

Machine complex components to tight tolerances

Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to produce precision parts

Perform in-process inspections and ensure components meet quality standards

Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve machining challenges

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with F1 standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 5-axis CNC machinist, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-precision engineering

Strong proficiency with Heidenhain software and control

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexibility to work shifts and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

Previous experience in a Formula One or motorsport environment

Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., HyperMill, Mastercam)

Understanding of composite layup and tooling processes
