Site Manager - Refurbishment Project (Kingswinford)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming refurbishment project in Kingswinford.

Project Scope:

Fire door replacements
Structural plaster repairs
Swimming pool & associated building repairs
General refurbishment and remedial works

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Proven experience delivering refurbishment / maintenance projects
Strong understanding of health & safety and subcontractor management
Ability to coordinate multiple trades in live environments

Role Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management and coordination
Overseeing subcontractors and sequencing works
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Managing programme, quality, and site progress
Liaising with client and project stakeholders
