Automotive Paint Sprayers
* Pay Rate: £20.00 – £29.60 per hour
* Contract: Ongoing | Outside IR35 (LTD or Umbrella)
* Location: Solihull
* Shifts: 12-hour shifts (The project operates 7 days a week)
* The Role: You'll be handling surface prep, masking, mixing, application, and quality inspection. As standard, you will need to provide and maintain your own high-quality spray gun.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
* Mix and match paint colours accurately using manufacturer-approved systems
* Apply paint finishes to repaired vehicles and replacement panels
* Carry out blending and polishing work to achieve a seamless finish
* Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality standards
* Work closely with Panel Technicians and MET Technicians throughout the repair process
* Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work areas in line with health and safety requirements
* Complete all work efficiently while adhering to agreed repair timescales
