Warehouse Operative

Shift Times: 07:30-16:00 Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour | FLT licence is desirable but not essential.

Our client based in Northampton is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team based in the Warehouse.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operatives to support our Warehouse Operations team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

You will support all areas of the warehouse/production process, including:

Loading and unloading materials from and to containers.
Building pallets
Picking and packing
General housekeeping duties
Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvements

This is a highly physical role with majority of the work being very heavy lifting, you will be on your feet all day and will be working between various different areas of the warehouse.

FLT Counterbalance Licence is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all SOPs, site procedures, and health & safety guidelines
Carry out pre-start visual safety inspections on machinery and equipment
Support continuous improvement activities across the shift
Maintain high housekeeping standards across the production area.
Complete production documentation and bulk bag labelling accurately
Work flexibly across multiple production roles as required
