Full Stack Developer

£55,000 - £60,000

Bristol - Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a well-established, independently owned insurance software company based in Bristol.

Despite their tenure, the culture is anything but corporate, this is a small, agile and collaborative team where your work has real visibility.

As a .NET Developer you will work across two core products: a Schemes Underwriting System and a Policy Administration System. You'll be focused on backend and platform development, working within a small team that values good communication and a pragmatic approach to getting things done.

There is a clear pathway for the right person to grow into a leadership role over time.

Their current tech stack is: .NET, AWS, Azure DevOps, MySQL and JavaScript.

We are looking for:

4-5 years' experience as a .NET Developer
Strong backend and platform development skills
Experience in a B2B or software house environment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

It would be a bonus if you had:

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Exposure to Azure DevOps
Any mentoring or team lead experience

The role comes with an array of benefits with some key highlights below:

Up to £60,000 depending on experience
5% performance bonus
5% employer pension contribution
25 days holiday (+ bank holidays)
