CareerMakers Recruitment currently looking for Production Engineers to join our client based in Accrington, BB5 area.
Duties:
* Support production with technical issues and problem solving.
* Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Create and update work instructions and production documentation.
* Assist with the introduction of new products into production.
* Investigate production faults and help implement corrective actions.
* Work with Production, Quality, and Design teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
* Ensure products meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Help improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
* Support the maintenance and improvement of tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities.
* Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate engineering and production records.
* Assist with engineering changes and updates to manufacturing processes.
* Provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
Skills and experience:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Organised and able to manage workload effectively.
Working hours :
Monday - Thursday: 7.45am - 4.15pm
Friday: 7:45am - 1:45pm
Pay rate :DOE
