We are seeking a capable, hands-on Solution Architect to join a healthcare digital transformation programme delivering clinical and operational systems across a complex, multi-site environment.
You will work within an established delivery team, translating clinical and operational requirements into practical, implementable architecture - producing solution designs, integration patterns, and technical documentation that clinical teams, vendors, and delivery partners can act on.
The environment is fast-paced and operationally sensitive, spanning Legacy infrastructure, live clinical services, and multiple stakeholder groups. You must be able to navigate complexity, work within a regulated healthcare setting, and deliver pragmatic, well-structured architecture at pace.

Must have the following - please do not apply without this:

• Proven solution architecture experience within healthcare or clinical environments
• Strong understanding of clinical system integration patterns and healthcare data standards
• Experience producing HLD/LLD documentation and integration architecture artefacts to a professional standard
• Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into deliverable technical solutions
• Comfortable operating within existing programme governance and working under delivery leadership

Highly desirable:

• Experience across multiple healthcare organisations or multi-site environments
• Familiarity with electronic patient records, clinical workflow systems, or diagnostic platforms
• Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards and regulated data environments
• Understanding of information governance and data security requirements in clinical settings
