Unique School Solutions are supporting a large, welcoming and well established primary school in central Rotherham in their search for an organised, approachable and
proactive Administrative Assistant.
This is a key front of house role at the heart of a vibrant school community. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, you will provide a warm, professional reception service whilst delivering high quality administrative support across the school. You will work closely with the School Business Manager and Headteacher, becoming an essential part of the day to day running of the school
office.

Essential requirements for the role:
* Experienced in a busy school office environment
* Confident and professional, with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
* IT proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Familiar with school MIS systems such as Arbor (desirable – training provided)
* Able to interpret and analyse data
* Discreet and reliable, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
