The successful Flooring Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will play a key role in both estimating and commercial management, supporting projects from tender through to final account. * Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
* Supporting continuous improvement across estimating and commercial processes.
